Are Steam sales over for the game I played it before on ps3, but sold it a long time ago, and now hope to play it on PC.
It seems that it went on sale excessively in 2020, but it hasn't at all in 2021. There are certain other things that are different like fragrant branches of yore for unpetrifying statues are more plentiful with a lot more statues and some slight level design changes in Sotfs. Hi y'all, for months now, I've been monitoring Dark Souls II (both SOtFS and base game) on Steam, waiting for a sale to buy it. It's mostly the enemy spawns that are different, Sotfs has gank sqauds around every corner pretty much forcing you to just run through everything instead of fighting them and taking your time, vanilla is far more reasonable with enemy placement. Thanks for telling me, I'll definetly see about making the first dark souls my first Btw, Vanilla Dark Souls 2 is much easier and more fair difficulty wise than Scholar of the First Sin, I wouldn't recommend that version at all over vanilla tbh. I've heard that this original one it is way better balanced.Īs for a first Souls game, I would recommend the first Dark Souls Remastered.
I played through the first Dark Souls which I loved and then tried the Scholar and I did not like it, as the beginning was so frustrating. I would not recommend the Scholar of the First Sin as the first souls game. I've been waiting on this to go on sale too, but I might buy it anyways.
